Notification to Authorities Info*

Following changes to UK legislation there is no longer any legal requirement in England, Scotland or Wales to register with the Home Office the transfer or ownership of deactivated firearms. However if you are ordering from or based in Northern Ireland, we understand the registration scheme still applies in Northern Ireland. As our business is based outside Northern Ireland we are not subject to legal requirements there, and so we will not be notifying the authorities in Northern Ireland of your purchase. We would therefore recommend that you take all necessary steps as soon as possible to register your ownership of this deactivated firearm with the NI Department of Justice , you can find the relevant information and form here .
