This page gives an overview of our polices and company ethics, it does NOT replace our terms and conditions. From the very beginnings of the business we have set out to be honest and upfront in all our dealings with our customers and suppliers and this document tries to explain and clarify our business attitude.

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you have any problems or concerns please telephone us. Under some circumstances we will take orders over the telephone.

You should also be aware that when you enter your payment information that we will not take the money immediately from your account, this will only happen when we process your order for delivery, we only do this as the nature of our business is such that single and small quantity items can go out of stock very quickly and we don't want to take payment unless we are certain we have the items to fulfill your order.

On odd occasions items will be out of stock but still be showing as available for order despite our best efforts to keep the stock records on the web site up to date. This can be for a number of reasons, examples include; being at a show, selling the item/s and not being able to update the website there and then, a sale in the shop happening and then an online order being placed before the systems update. We regret these incidents and the disappointment that results and do our best to keep them to a rare occurence.

All goods will normally be despatched within 21 (normally less than 8) days of receipt of payment, but if there are unavoidable delays, for example due to temporary closure for holidays or illness, not more than 30 days.

We endeavour to make all of our item descriptions whether on our website, by telephone, by email or face to face as honest, informative and accurate as possible. where an item is reproduction we will always say so (although where an item has been repaired it may be that parts are of a later manufacture then the base item, this is often unavoidable and the sources of the parts may not distinguish to us that they are not original and they may appear so to be original). All photographs that are stated as being of the actual items will be of the item offered for sale, otherwise the photograph or illustration will be of the same type and show a true representative example of the type of actual item that will be shipped although condition may vary and this will be elaborated in the related description where appropriate.

Return / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped, but we are human and mistakes do happen. If you are not satisfied with the goods or do not require them for any reason inform us within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the goods and return them or provide proof of posting within 14 days from the date of delivery and we will give a full refund including outgoing delivery postage (where the customer has used an optional higher than basic postage rate quoted by us e.g. our base postage is first class recorded and the customer opts for Special Delivery, we will refund the cost of the basic postage only, as alllowed in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013). Or we will exchange items if the customer prefers that option if the item is faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 14 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. Certain items are exempted from this, such as digital content items e.g. manual downloads, CD's and DVD's which are not eligeable under distance sellign regulations where the download has been commenced or for CD's, DVD's etc the packaging has been opened. You should also review our Terms and Conditions of Sale (see menu to left of screen or click this link) for reduced refunds where items have been damaged or used.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.

Prices

Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly we aim to reply within 5 working days unless we are unavoidably closed through circumstances such as a need to be off site (holidays, illness, business trips etc) in which case the period may extend in line with our delivery times to a maximum of 30 days. It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
