We use the closest possible materials and fonts to the originals, and in many cases we have spent many hours completely laying out the text to the same scale and format. By effectively producing the reprint as new rather than a copy the print quality is far superior to a scan or a photocopy, although we have not been able to do this in every instance. Where originals have been scanned a great deal of attention has been paid to 'cleaning up' the scans so as to achieve the maximum clarity.
For those of you worried about 'fakes' appearing on the market, this was our first concern and so nearly every piece is marked in such as way as to prevent the item being sold as an original, it is simply neccessary to check the small printers details, or look at the item carefully and it will be seen that the item is marked repro, although this will not be noted by the casual observer.
Each piece comes clearly marked for cutting out and where necessary instructions are provided for use and enhancing authenticity.
