WW2/Pre War boxed shaving stick in original box marked 'By Appointment to The Late majesty King George V' dating them quite nicely. We have been fortunate to get a quantity in the original outers which came from a museum in Norfolk. The owner of the museum has carefully wrapped each stick in cling film to preserve them, although this can be easily removed if required. Ideal for washkits etc as after initial issue servicemen had to buy their own shaving soap from the NAAFI or chemist.
Photo shows typical example, condition as new out of the outer box.
